Subscription Terms

**Effective Date:** 03/17/2024 

By accessing or using the services of **Even Better Buy LLC** (“Company”), also referred to as **E.E.B.** or **Xtreme NAD LLC**, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the free trial and subscription plan for the Company’s vitamin supplement, as well as policies for subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy purchases, including payment processing via Stripe. 

1. Free Trial Terms**

1.1 The Company offers a **7-day free trial** starting from the day the Customer places the initial order (“Trial Period”). 

1.2 No charges will be made during the Trial Period unless the Customer cancels. 

1.3 Failure to cancel before the Trial Period ends constitutes agreement to the subscription terms outlined in Section 2. 

2. Subscription and Commitment Period**

2.1 Upon the conclusion of the Trial Period, the subscription will convert to a **paid subscription** with a minimum **90-day commitment** (“Commitment Period”). 

2.2 The initial payment after the Trial Period will be based on the **option selected during checkout**. 

  – Example options include: 

– Monthly payment plan: **$59.00 for the first payment, then $79.00 per month**. 

Or  whatever amount selected during checkout: 

    – Prepaid plan: Full or partial advance payment as agreed during checkout. 

2.3 The Customer is responsible for fulfilling the Commitment Period as per the selected payment option. 

3. Cancellation Policy**

3.1 During the Commitment Period:** 

The subscription cannot be canceled during the Commitment Period unless the Customer pays an **early cancellation fee** equal to the total remaining charges for the Commitment Period. 

– **Early Cancellation Fee Calculation:** Based on the payment plan selected at checkout (e.g., $79.00 per month for the remaining duration). 

3.2 After the Commitment Period (Within 12 Months):** 

If the subscription is canceled after the 90-day Commitment Period but **within 12 months** from the initial subscription start date, the Customer will be charged a **$99.00 processing fee**, payable immediately or by the next business day upon cancellation. 

3.3 After 12 Months:** 

Cancellations made after 12 months from the subscription start date will incur no additional fees, provided all payments are up to date. 

3.4 Cancellation Procedure:** 

– Cancellations can be made by: 

  – Logging into the Customer’s account on the Company’s website. 

  – Contacting Customer Support at [Insert Contact Information]. 

– To avoid further charges, the Customer must submit a cancellation request at least **five (5) business days** before the next billing date. 

4. Additional Purchase Types**

4.1 Subscriptions:** 

4.1.1 Subscriptions provide repeat deliveries based on the selected duration and frequency. 

4.1.2 Payment details are stored securely, and the Customer is charged for each delivery unless paid in advance. 

4.1.3 Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If the Customer does not wish to renew, they must cancel before the renewal date. 

4.1.4 To cancel or modify a subscription: 

  – Use the links provided in the order confirmation emails. 

  – Manage subscriptions directly through the Customer account page. 

4.1.5 Refer to the returns policy for details on refunds and returns.
